Approach
Four stages, practiced with patience.
I
Stage
Listen
Every engagement begins with several unhurried conversations. We seek to understand the family — its history, its aspirations, its concerns — before any structural recommendation is offered.
II
Stage
Architect
We design a coordinated architecture spanning governance, structuring, fiduciary roles and reporting. Recommendations are documented in plain language, with rationale and alternatives.
III
Stage
Implement
We execute alongside the family's existing legal and tax counsel — coordinating across jurisdictions, banks and service providers with discretion and rigor.
IV
Stage
Steward
Long after implementation, we serve as continuity — convening reviews, monitoring oversight, and adapting structures as families and jurisdictions evolve.

Engagement Economics
Fee-only. Fully disclosed.
Our compensation is paid solely by the families we serve, on a transparent fee schedule. We accept no commissions, retrocessions or referral economics from any third party — without exception.
